The Released Seat
Restaurants lose money every night on tables that never show. Meat Reserve's answer isn't a fee — it's honesty, early. Release your table in one tap and you're thanked, stamped, and first in line next time. If a guest never arrives, the seat is released to the Known Queue — your real place, an honest window, a person at the end of it — so the table goes to the next person in line instead of dying empty.
